Do you service my area?

Answer: We are currently servicing all of Gloucester and Camden County. If you are unsure if we service your area feel free to call, text, or email us.

What is expected of me?

Answer: Leave your trash bins on the curb after they are emptied by your waste management company, and your job is complete. Our driver will arrive the following day and will clean, sanitize, and deodorize your can. If for some reason you don't want to leave your can at the curb then we will retrieve it from an easily accessible place.

How do I know that my trash bins are clean?

Answer: A squeaky clean appearance and fresh smell, you will notice the bin is sealed with a piece of blue painters tape. Additionally, the trash bin will be brought to the top of your driveway. Remember, our trash can cleaning service is guaranteed.

What size bins do you clean?

Answer: A good rule of thumb is If your trash bin is on wheels then we can clean it. However, we should be able to accommodate trash can cleaning in almost all residential cans. If for some reason we are unable to clean your trash bin then you will not be charged.

Are you insured?

Answer: Never Bin Cleaner is a registered LLC and is fully insured.

How do I know when you are coming?

Answer: If you provide a cell phone number you will receive a text the day prior reminding you that we are coming to service your trash bins.

Do you have a guarantee? 

Answer: If you are not happy with the results we will come out and re-clean the trash bin.
